Hi Sean,

I do set goals and I have a daily to-do list. I like structure and it helps me be accountable for what I've done that day, week or month. It's a clear indicator of whether or not I'm on track to achieve my goals. I can see very clearly when I'm falling off the wagon.

So, I can quickly make the necessary adjustments and keep moving forward. Checking things that I've done off my list gives me that feeling of accomplishment. I find it helps to create the winning feeling I need to be able to do more.
