Multiple Websites How many websites do you have? Having Multiple Websites can help you with your SEO strategy in a big way.

By using your own websites, free websites, blogs, and Web 2.0 pages, you can build a nice little (or big) online empire and help yourself as well.

Link Love

Linking to your sites from your other sites is a very good idea. You can link in blogrolls and you can link in individual pieces of content.

You can add RSS feeds to Multiple Websites and you can even comment on your own posts with URLs from your other blogs and sites as well. Online real estate can be very valuable in internet marketing and that real estate isn’t at all expensive!

Multiple Websites – How Many Do You Need

The more the merrier! Many web hosting plans (such as Hostgator) offer unlimited domains to be added onto your main account so after paying your domain registration fee you don’t have to pay further money. You can add WordPress blogs, websites, and even forums to the same account without increasing your monthly hosting costs.

With free sites out there such as WordPress.com, Blogger, blogging communities, and Web 2.0 pages, you can create a great linking strategy. And if you’re willing to open separate hosting accounts, it can work even better for your search engine optimisation efforts because search engines won’t see that the websites have the same IP address.

By having Multiple Websites you can – incorporate a great linking strategy, build a bigger list, increase your brand awareness, increase website traffic, do some split testing, and increase your online earning potential.

Have a most outstanding day.

Looks like a great strategy. When including links from your sites on the blogroll would they have to be in related niches?

I use Hostgator with my sites and they are a great resource and all for a very low price. I have had no issues with them

Yes, related links most definitely. No good having a link to a fishing site on a stock market blog :-)

Commenting on our own blogs? Does Mr World-Government Google like that?

Hi Sean,

This is a strategy that I’m currently working on. I’m trying to build multiple websites to improve my SEO strategy. I think linking between all my sites is an excellent idea. I just didn’t think to interact with each of them.

Also, I think it’s an excellent way to see which form of advertising serves me best. And, I can hopefully own the front page of Google for the keyword I’m trying to rank for.

Hi Sean,
I like what I read in this article. I now have a couple blogs that are similar in content and I wondered what I could do. Now I see that linking them up is an advantage and good for page ranking on Google.

I will soon be ready to have hosting on the other blog and will choose Hostgator. Brilliant idea to also have separate hosting when aiming to have multiple websites for SEO purposes.
