That is a good idea Jazz. Do you think we will get indexed faster on search engines if we do share amongst ourselves too? and if we share our posts and then those people share our posts is this seen as duplicating content? (I am trying to get my head around it all)

Basically, if you are publishing new content regularly, the search engines will be spidering the site regularly. As far as I am aware, they will crawl the entire site upon each visit.

Does your site ever get re-crawled? If you submit your post for quick indexing and then you make a change to some content or further optimize your page - should you re-submit the site, or will the search engine bots pick up the changes - and if they do - how long does that take? I understand that if you update your site regularly you will get visited more often by the bots, but do they check over your whole site, or just the bit they have been notified about?
