Real short answer to that one is NO. I have some action steps that are on my action list as result of learning about what to do with my blog. The only promoting to date has really been word of mouth and tweeting my posts but I have other things noted on my action list that I can see will work a bit more time effectively than word of mouth plus potentially spread further.
