Great article Sean, advertisers know that word of mouth, or tell a friend is the most powerful form of advertising as it is accepted better by the recipient because it basically comes with the "tellers" seal of approval. I s'pose you could say that the phrase *bad news travels fast* is an an example of offline viral situation. \m/

Hi Sean

This is a brilliant idea Sean, and I can see how useful it will be to make information go viral.

I would not use it initially as I am more interested in building up a data base of names so I wouldn't want to be inundating people with too much information to start with, however I would use it down the track when I am ready to launch a viral marketing campaign.

Thankyou.

Hi Sean,

I think it's important to make your content as easy as possible to share. The easier you make it; the more places your content will go. Also, the more mediums you use, the more places it will go.

I need to work up to using a viral marketing campaign for my subscribers or for when I'm trying to create an email marketing list. It seems like taking that next step is daunting. I've found a plug-in to use that enables me send a new subscriber a gift but I haven't used it yet because I'm not sure what the gift should be.
