It certainly is a time saver. It is well worth checking on a regular basis to see if new sites have been added or requirements for old ones have changed. I have seen someone on facebook that uses Ping.Fm and that's all they use. It does not look nice, and has lost the personal touch. The person that uses Ping.Fm only has no one interacting with them on Facebook.
