Hi Sean,

I have a routine that I work to but I still have difficulty maintaining it when life throws me a curve ball. I need to learn to get back on track as quickly as possible instead of 'clicking' around like a headless chicken trying to catch up. This approach is not working. :)

Generally though, I love lists and I find a daily and weekly to-do list to be very effective. Also, I tend to set a schedule around what I do each day and at certain times of the day. I find having structure really helps me to get things done.
