This is one area that really excites me and one of the ‘to do’s\'I have in my life plan.

There is something compelling to me about making something from nothing, building it up and selling it.

The whole idea smacks of creativity for me. Once I get to know how to build blogs properly and I learn about market trends and Keyword research, I will start having a go at profitable blog flipping.

Hi Lisa,

I think you could choose any topic you like except for one that’s personal to you. People have so many varied interests that I think you could build it around a topic you like and someone would buy it.

I think you’d just have to make it look good, put some great content on it and drive small amounts of traffic to it and you’d be away.

Hi Sean,

I really like the idea of flipping blogs. I’m not sure I have the technical skills to make regular WordPress themes have a different look. Who will want to buy a site that looks like a lot of others? Still, you did say I could buy theme packs but would they work ‘out of the box’?

Hello Sean,

I like how you think outside the square. I know that you can flip domain names and websites, but never thougth to do the same for blogs! Great idea, if all your research is done so that you are able to get a great return for selling.

Another great idea to think more about. It would have to be a blog that anyone could take over? For example you could not sell a blog that was based on your own name, or based around your own family? Hmm that’s given me some thing to think on!!!
