Pinging is still a bit of a secret for me – ok, I know that sounds stupid but I admit it
As long as it helps I will keep on doing it.
I am doing it on my blogs, but still not sure what I am actually doing
Pinging should all be taken care of in Wordpress automatically Renee. All you need to do is put a list of ping URL’s into settings>>writing>>update services within the WP dashboard. The MBP ping optimiser plugin is also recommended.
