in Affiliate Marketing

Are you happy with the amount of money you are earning every time you receive some affiliate checks in the mail? If you are genuinely happy then you might not want to carry on reading this post.Affiliate Cheque

But if you aren’t happy and you’d like to see larger figures on those Affiliate Cheques when they arrive, it could be time to take a look at your strategy to see where you can improve on the numbers.

This is where a lot of people fall down. They want to earn more but they can never find the time or the inclination to actually look at what they’re doing and make some changes. But it’s necessary to do this if you want to get bigger Affiliate Cheques that could really alter your life and take away any worries you might have about money.

What is Working?

Take a look at how your commissions are broken down at the moment. Which schemes are working well for you? Are there any which really aren’t worth carrying on with? Look at the volume of sales you make as well as the amount made in each case. This can have a bearing on whether something is worth carrying on with or not.

Try and find some other internet marketing programs that are similar to your current successes which you can promote alongside them. This technique works well especially if you have a mailing list to which you can send offers and recommendations on a regular basis. While it’s good to try new areas and see if you can develop new lines of business to increase your Affiliate Cheques, it’s also good to develop existing areas which you already have some knowledge about.

So make sure you spend some time working on your strategies if you want to earn more. It’s the only sure way to up the numbers.

Have a most outstanding day.

Hi Sean,
You mentioned mailing list, If you are not getting people to your site getting emails from comments, how else can we build a list. In the past you could buy them, but that is the spammy way and I won’t go there.
Then someone offered me their personal email list but there again they were not my leads.
So what is the best way to generate an honest lead

Hi Rita,
That’s a really good question. I’d like to know as well. I suppose by driving traffic to your site and thinking of other ways to get customers email contact. Creating content that people will want to subscribe to, as mentioned earlier, is probably a good way to build a mailing list?

Hi Sean,
In answer to your question. No, not happy with the Affiliate sales at this time and yes, I will be working at ways to increase Affiliate sales in the future.

Hi Rita and Jill

You can install an optin form on your site. However you will need something to encourage then to provide their details such as something free like good information relevant to your niche. Then you will also need an autoresponder with messages installed.
Sean will be able to explain this.

In addition to what Gee says about needing an opt-in form, one thing to entice or encourage folks to sign up is to have a giveaway attached to it.
This can be a useful e-book, some free software or your newsletter.
Then with the email addresses you collect, develop an email campaign, continuing to offer good free info.

Hi Sean,

I’m definitely not putting in enough effort to make the money I want. In all the posts you write, I’m only doing some of the things you suggest. I really need to lift my game if I want to be a successful affiliate marketer.

You certainly cannot do it all Jazz, choose a few things to focus on and put your effort into those. As time goes by, it will all get easier and you can start employing different pieces of the puzzle ;-)

Hi Sean

I have the same question about building my list. I have created a newsletter that people can subscribe to for free and I will also create a couple of other products for free too. I will put an optin on my blog so I can start to build my list.

Other than that I haven’t thought about any other ways at present. I want to build up my reputation and presence on a few social media sites. It will take time to do all of this.

Hey Elly…just a thought, you can also put in a opt in box on the left hand side of your facebook account, or start another account just for that purpose, in my links on my page there is a walk through tutorial by Angela Giles on how to install a html box for this reason…and it is simple to do. Larger Affiliate Cheques…yes please \m/

Hi Jody,

That’s a great idea. I think I’ll have to drop by and take a look at that tutorial. I really need to give my Facebook profile an overhaul so it’ll be good to add an opt-in box at the same time.

Thanks for sharing the link. :)

My answer to that first question is, in a word, NO! And, it would be nice to have cheques to compare and work at getting bigger ones!

Still it’s early days
